Project costs are affected by whether we work from a client-provided base 3D model (e.g. Revit, Sketchup etc) or if full 3D modelling service is required, where the client provides 2D CAD drawings and plans (e.g. Autocad, PDF etc).
Each 3D project quote includes one final image as standard. Additional shots (renders) of the same 3D scene can be produced at a percentage of the base fee.
We do not charge for draft renders or 3D project iterations until we have reached a result where the client is happy before proceeding to Final Deliverable production.
However, if the client updates the project specification, for example if new architectural plans are issued after 3D project commencement, a modelling update fee might be incurred using our standard artist hourly rates.
At Helix-D, we take pride in our work and we always strive to give our clients our best work at competitive rates on every single project, but our clients must be mindful that high end Architectural CGI production is a time consuming and ultra-specialized creative process, combining complex technical mastery with multi-discipline artistic excellence.
