Helix Dimension Director and Creative Lead

Theo Chronis is the founder and creative lead of Helix Dimension. With close to two decades of experience in architectural visualisation, Theo has worked as a lead 3D artist within award-winning architecture and urban design practices in the UK and Greece, supporting projects at planning, design development, and marketing stages.

Helix Dimension was established to offer a more considered approach to CGI: one focused on clarity, accuracy, and communication rather than surface impact alone. The studio works with clients who require visual material that explains complex design clearly to non-technical audiences, supports decision-making, and holds up under scrutiny.

Theo’s background spans both traditional and digital disciplines. He studied fine art at the Athens School of Fine Arts, specialising in painting, and later taught fine art fundamentals before transitioning into architectural visualisation. This grounding informs a disciplined approach to composition, hierarchy, and visual intent, combined with a strong command of contemporary CGI and real-time workflows.

Since relocating to the UK in 2015, Theo has worked closely with architects, developers, and designers, becoming a trusted visualisation partner within multidisciplinary teams. His work is characterised by technical precision, restraint, and a clear understanding of how visual information is used in practice, whether for planning communication, design review, or presentation.
